"trust is the balance between courage {heart} and serenity {mind}"
if you take that to be a 'truth' persay, then one must think of each item as being... self and internal moral barometer in a manner of speaking. Where as, heart has to be aligned with mind and vice versa. THe creation of balance is only possible when each half knows the other inside and out. When that happens balance or trust with in can be created. Then happiness should be able to follow form as well. Although, any of the above is only really possible when a person WANTS to be apart of the process. It is clear that as sentient beings even the most accomplished parties at this process are never completely there, no matter what they say. Serenity with in the trust factor is only really available to a person who doesn't know the bad parts of our reality; that or he/she who is fluid between realities and possible realities, concurrent with any theory that identifies that connection at any given point in our lifetime. (or maybe i just rambled alot here)
